CCM Architects completed the fitout for Housing New Zealand Corporation’s Wellington National Office, accommodating 350 staff over four floors of a refurbished CBD office block.
CCM was involved in consultation with the teams throughout the organisation, and worked closely with the steering group to position the various groups on the right locations - whilst allowing for future growth and change.
Names of towns and communities around New Zealand have been applied to the walls and across glazing as manifestation. This graphic treatment is intended to connect the staff from head office with the communities that they serve, as well as adding colour and visual interest to the wall surfaces.
Dramatic wallpapers give colour and personality to meeting rooms and quiet rooms.
